“High-Performance Organizational Culture by Design”

Harvard Business School Executive Education organized a talk on “High-Performance Organizational Culture by Design”  featuring HBS Professor Dennis Campbell on May 13, 2015 at Harvard Center Shanghai. Professor Campbell presented his latest research on organizational culture as an outcome of deliberate design choices made by leaders within their organizations.  

Professor Campbell is Dwight P. Robinson Professor of Business Administration and currently the course head for HBS required MBA course Financial Reporting and Control. His research, teaching, and case writing focus on the design of performance measurement and management control systems, with a particular focus on identifying design choices that enable more effective interactions between organizations and their customers.
