The 3rd China-U.S. Summit on Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery was hosted at Harvard Center Shanghai on November 19, 2016. The summit was jointly organized by Harvard Medical School, The Duke Center for Metabolic and Weight Loss Surgery, and Shanghai Pudong Hospital affiliated to Fudan University.
This symposium provided an opportunity for surgeons, healthcare practitioners, and researchers to share recent findings and future trends in metabolic and bariatric surgery areas. Professor Matthew Hutter, Assistant Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School led the symposium.
