The Harvard Business School Global Experience Office organized a dinner reception for some first-year HBS MBA students at Harvard Center Shanghai on January 7, 2016. Led by Senior Lecturer of Business Administration H. Lawrence Culp, these students traveled to China from January 2 to 12 for their FIELD Global Immersion Course.
FIELD Global Immersion (FIELD 2) is a required course for first-year MBA students at Harvard Business School. During FIELD, students work in small, diverse teams to help solve customer challenges for Global Partner organizations around the world. Using the process of human-centered design, each student team completes a project to help their Global Partner develop or improve a product, service, or experience for a segment of its customers.
