On September 27, HBS Executive Education organized an interactive discussion at Harvard Center Shanghai and about 80 business leaders and senior executives, mainly alumni of executive education programs, attended. Stock ownership of start-up companies has changed tremendously over the past decade and two guest speakers shared their experience of allocating and re-allocating stock value along the way of company growth and cast light on issues arose when stock overran the power of management. The two guest speakers are Freeman H. Shen (AMP 184) - founder and CEO of WM Motor (electric car start-up), and Mingruo Zhang - senior attorney in investment field and founder of Sunland Law Firm in China.
